3. Project Process

5. Implementation: You are responsible for the purchase and implementation of the design plan. We can offer guidance and support during this stage (subject to separate agreement).

4. Fees and Payment

• You are responsible for the purchase and delivery of all recommended products.

6. Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, mood boards, and other creative materials developed by Velvet Vine remain our intellectual property.
• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final design plan for your personal, non-commercial use at the designated property.
• We reserve the right to use the final design plan for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate information and recommendations, but cannot guarantee the availability or pricing of recommended products.
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the design plan caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
• We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from the implementation of the design plan by third-party vendors or contractors.
• Our liability to you is limited to the total fees paid for the services rendered.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate the project agreement for any reason with written notice. In such cases, we will refund any unused portion of fees paid.
• You may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In such cases, a termination fee may apply based on the stage of the project.
